Conditions of Carriage

1. Ross is always right.
2. In the unlikely event of Ross being wrong, Rule 1 applies.
3. Ross reserves the right to eject any passenger from the train for no apparent reason.
4. If necessary substitute the phrase "RossRail official" for "Ross"

Routeing Guide

It's valid if Ross says it is and not otherwise.

Dealing with train crew

1. Always be nice to train crew.
2. Always be polite to all traincrew.
3. Always shout, scream and complain about Failtrack.
4. Ignore all previous lessons if dealing with SWT !
